The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates financial services. This document explains the finance services we offer.
We are Avalon Luxe Cars Ltd. We sell vehicles and help arrange finance. We are authorised by the FCA (FRN: 1040938). We are a credit broker, not a lender. You must be 18+ to apply for finance. VAT: 505779958.
We only offer finance products from a limited number of lenders.
We don’t give advice. We may ask questions to suggest suitable products and do a soft credit check. If you apply, the lender may do a hard credit check which can affect your credit score. You make the final decision.
We are not independent financial advisers. We get commission if your application is successful.
We don’t charge fees. The lender may have fees, which will be shown before you sign anything. We receive commission from the lender for helping you apply. This will be explained to you before you enter into an agreement.
Our commission can be 1% to 7% of the finance amount. The exact amount will be disclosed before you sign. If you want independent advice, you must arrange this yourself.
If you have a complaint:
We aim to resolve complaints quickly and give a final response within 8 weeks. If not satisfied, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service within 6 months.
Regulated products are protected by law and complaints can go to the Financial Ombudsman. Unregulated products, like company finance or non-insurance warranties, are not covered by the FCA.
